INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN

Ask: “Increase Accessory Sales: Get people to think Verizon whenever they need to accessorize their mobile or home tech. Show people that regardless of their wireless carrier, when they need it now they need Verizon.”

This case study was created following a brief that called for Verizon to be brought into the current conversation of purchasing accessories. In order to get to the root of our idea, we had to address why people were not currently going to Verizon.

That’s when we realized the problem (or the multiple problems). All of which could be solved with one simple idea…

MEET MARK

Verizon needed a face for the apology campaign. Mark will not only be apart of the social media stunt, he’ll be going on a full apology tour.

But what is he apologizing for?

For not advertising what the store actually has to offer, or emphasizing their convenience.
